There is no single SEAI insulation grant amount: support depends on the insulation measure, property type, and whether you apply through an individual grant or a One Stop Shop. Published standard bands have included up to €1,500 for attic insulation, €1,700 for cavity-wall insulation, €4,500 for internal wall insulation and €8,000 for external wall insulation in a detached house, with different limits for apartments and other homes.
